Event & Artist Rates & Fees
Many factors affect the price of a painting session or entertainment service. We take pride in providing you with a transparent and accurate quote for your event. We do our best to work with you to meet your budgetary needs. We proudly donate 10% of our proceeds to charitable organizations. We look forward to speaking with you. The information below will provide you with a general baseline.
Oh, Fer Cute! Entertainment requires a nonrefundable retainer (hold) fee for all private events. The Retainer Fee is 50% of the total invoice cost and is due upon booking. The Retainer Fee and Service Contract must be received to confirm your booking/ event.
15+ days prior to contracted event date- Although the Retainer Fee is non-refundable, we do our best to help your transfer your investment to another available date within 60- days of the initial booking. This will only be honored if we have available artists for the requested date.
Cancellations made within 14-days of the event forfeit the Retainer Fee.
Refunds will not be issued for no-shows for any event regardless of cause. To cancel or request a transfer, contact us.
There are many factors that affect the price of our services. However, the following base rate will help provide an idea of the average price for our services:
Private Face Painting: $85/ hour +
Private Parties/ Corporate Events: $195-$300/ hour +
Holiday rates: Rates may increase around high-demand seasons.
Travel cost is generally estimated within the total cost, however, an additional travel fee maybe required. Prices may vary depending on distance, commute time and will be included in the total cost of the invoiced amount.
We will always do our best to complete as many guests as we can during the allotted/ contracted time frame. However, if additional guests remain near the end of the contracted time, event hosts can add additional time to your contract (based on artist availability). Adjustment times contracts will be calculated in 15 min increments (rates will vary- please see contract for amount).
Our artists need an acceptable work area that includes a workable space, table, chairs, weather protection, and lighting equipment if necessary. Please see the equipment requirements here (would like to have a pop-up or pdf vs a full page- is that possible- need to draft content per guidance) If these necessities are not provided, we offer equipment available to rent. Additional set-up time beyond the artist’s needs is considered additional and will be added to the contracted amount.
